Felix was my husband’s anniversary gift to me, but he ended up being everyone’s cat. He had this larger-than-life personality that made him the star of our home. Felix loved sneaking into my son’s room to curl up in his toy box or jumping onto the kitchen counter to “supervise” dinner. He had a talent for being exactly where he wasn’t supposed to be, but you could never stay mad at him for long. When Felix passed away suddenly, the house felt so empty. My husband created a scrapbook with pictures of him and stories we’d written down over the years. Felix brought so much joy into our lives, and we’re grateful for every moment we had with him.
